Arnis India Federation organises training seminar

Srinagar Apr 26: The Arnis India Federation is organizing a training seminar for players and referees from 25th to 30th April 2026 at the Multipurpose Indoor Sports Hall, Polo Ground, Srinagar.

This seminar is being conducted as part of the preparations for the 18th WEKAF World Arnis Championship 2026, scheduled to be held in Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New India. The initiative aims to enhance the technical skills of players and upgrade the officiating standards of referees in line with international norms.

More than 200 players and officials from 15 states across the country are participating in the seminar, reflecting the growing popularity and development of Arnis in India.

To ensure high-quality training, International Grand Masters and Masters from Reunion Island have been invited to conduct specialized sessions during the seminar, providing participants with global exposure and advanced techniques.

The Arnis India Federation remains committed to promoting and developing Arnis across the nation and preparing Indian athletes for excellence at the international level.
