J&K BJP expels three for anti-party activities

Jammu, Jul 20 (KINS):  Jammu and Kashmir wing of BJP on Tuesday expelled three of its members for alleged anti-party activities.

As per party spokesman, Anirudh Sharma, Ravinder Pathania and P. Boss are removed from the party responsibilities and party may also take further stringent action against them.

Disciplinary committee, comprising Sunil Sethi, Virenderjeet Singh and ND Rajwal, submitted its report to the J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina under whose order they were removed from the present positions they were holding in the party and were further warned of stringent action.

It is pertinent to mention here that Anirudh Sharma, Municipal Councilor W. No. 7, Bhopinder Raj, Municipal Councilor W. No 14, Ravinder Pathania, Muncipal Councilor W. No 20, Karan Singh, Municipal Councilor W. No 11 and Joginder Pal, Muncipal Councilor W. No 17, from Kathua Muncipal Committee moved No Confidence Motion against Party elected representatives in Municipal Committee Kathua, which was gross indiscipline in the party on their part.

Taking cognizance, the spokesman said that of the act they were issued Show Cause Notice by Disciplinary Committee of Bhartiya Janata Party Jammu and Kashmir as they were directed to submit reply within 4 days to the committee but they didn’t submit any proper reply.

Earlier, Anirudh Sharma was holding position as District Spokesperson, Ravinder Pathania as District Convener of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan and P Bose as SC Morcha District President of party.( Source UNI)
