Two Bugglers held in Sopore : Police

 

Sopore Police on Thursday claimed to have arrested two bugglers and have recovered stolen items from their possession.

Police statement said that two bugglers were arrested following complaint from Sajad Ahemd Khan of Zehanpora that some unknown burglars have stolen batteries from Airtel tower at Waripora Rafiabad.

Statement said that in this regard a FIR number 167/18 U/S, 379 RPC was registered and soon after a police team started investigation in this case, however with the efforts two bugglers who identified as Ghulam Hassan Bhat son of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat resident of Ningli Sopore at present Gund Jahangir Hajjin and Irshad Ahmed Bhat son of Mohammad Akbar Bhat resident of Tarzoo Sopore were arrested.

Statement said that during questioning stolen items were recovered from them.
