Court dismisses appeal for organizing Sky View Frozen

Srinagar, Apr 11 : today in a fresh proceeding dismissed the Appeal filed by Kashmir Off Road group for organizing Sky View Frozen rush 3.  Snow race will not be held till further Orders.

    Court has earlier given an interim relief to those off-road drivers of the valley who were not allowed to participate in this event by restraining the event organizers to conduct this event on 7th of April.

A civil suit was filed before the Court by the off road enthusiasts of the valley for not giving them a chance to participate in the event. Even the drivers who have proved their mettle in the past all events held by Government or any other private organizers in the valley were barred from this event. (CNS)
