COVID 19: 3 children among 4 tested positive in Uri

Uri, April 5: Four persons including three children have been tested positive for COVID-19 at Uri in Baramulla on Sunday.

Officials sources told KINS that they are the family members of the two previous infected persons. “They have been sent to quarantine facility, ” the official said.

“The infected persons include three children of age 11, 12, 14 and 38 year old woman, ” they said.

Two persons, one from Amlok Colony and another from Sultandaki areas of Uri had tested positive on Friday who were affiliated with Tablegi Jamat.

Earlier two people from Uri had tested positive. After which authorities took samples of 28 people who had come in contact with duo and their family members.
On Sunday, among these, four turned positive while 24 are negative, sources said.
