Srinagar June 15 (KINS): Congress Monday decided to abstain from taking part in floor test in Srinagar Municipal Corporation on Tuesday.
A top leader in the congress told Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS) that the Party after holding threadbare discussions with Senior Party Leaders and Corporators in Srinagar decided to refrain from no confidence motion moved against the Mayor on Tuesday.
“The INC Corporators shall not be part of the voting process in the Corporation. The Corporators have been issued a whip and the same has been conveyed to concerned authorities in the Corporation, the congress leader said.
“There will be no INC Corporator present in the Corporation on tomorrow on June 16, he added.(KINS)
