The gathering focused on assessing the security scenario and formulating measures to prevent crimes and curb drug abuse in the region.
During the meeting, SSP Dr. Vinod Kumar emphasized the need for heightened vigilance and strategic planning to maintain law and order during the festive period.
He underscored the significance of preventing crimes, particularly those associated with public gatherings on New Year’s Eve, ensuring a secure environment for residents and visitors alike.
“With the New Year approaching, it is imperative that we are well-prepared to handle the security challenges that may arise. Our goal is to create an atmosphere of safety and celebration, and for that, effective preventive measures are key,” stated SSP Dr. Vinod Kumar.
The discussion also delved into strategies for tackling drug abuse, recognizing the importance of addressing this issue to promote a healthier and safer community.
