Principal District & Sessions Judge of Kulgam Unfurls National Flag at District Court Complex on 75th Republic Day

Srinagar, Jan 26: In a proud display of patriotism and commitment to justice, Muhammad Ashraf Bhat, the Principal District & Sessions Judge and Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Kulgam, unfurled the National flag at the District Court Complex Kulgam on the occasion of the 75th Republic Day.
The ceremony, held with utmost reverence, saw the distinguished presence of key officials including Abdul Qayoom, Chief Judicial Magistrate of Kulgam; Tabasum Qadir Parray, Secretary of DLSA Kulgam; Muneer Ahmad Bhat, Additional Special Mobile Magistrate of Kulgam; Mudasir Ahmad, Munsiff of DH Pora; Anjeet Singh, Munsiff of Qazigund; President of Bar Association Kulgam, Arshid Baba, alongside other advocates and office bearers of District Bar Association Kulgam, Prosecuting officers of district Kulgam, Court Officials, officials from J&K Police & CRPF, Staff members, and PLVs of DLSA Kulgam.
In his address to the gathered audience, Muhammad Ashraf Bhat emphasized the significance of Republic Day, urging everyone to reaffirm their commitment to upholding the Constitution and contributing towards the nation’s pride and progress.
As a gesture of appreciation and camaraderie, sweets were distributed among the police and CRPF officials by the Principal District & Sessions Judge of Kulgam. Furthermore, to recognize and encourage exemplary service, Certificates of Appreciation were bestowed upon 13 employees serving in various courts of District Judiciary Kulgam, acknowledging their remarkable dedication, enthusiasm, and contributions in fulfilling their duties.
The event served as a poignant reminder of the enduring spirit of unity, justice, and reverence for the nation’s ideals, resonating deeply within the hearts of all those present.
