PM Modi : ‘Jammu and Kashmir Biggest Victim of Dynastic Politics Post-Independence’

Srinagar, Mar 07: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asserted that Jammu and Kashmir stands as the primary casualty of dynastic politics in India since gaining independence.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Srinagar public rally, launched a scathing attack on the “Congress party, accusing them of perpetuating corruption and dynastic politics in the region”.
He (Prime Minister) mentioned the Jammu and Kashmir Bank, stating that it had suffered under “parivarvaad” (dynastic politics) and corruption during earlier governments.
Highlighting the bank’s financial woes, PM Modi asserted that under the previous administrations, it had accrued substantial debt.
However, he emphasized that his government had intervened to stabilize the bank and facilitate its growth. Modi humbly attributed this decision to the citizens of India, describing himself as merely a “watchman” entrusted with safeguarding their interests.
PM Modi also criticized the “Congress for misguiding both the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the entire nation regarding Article 370”.
He asserted that Jammu and Kashmir had been the biggest victim of dynastic politics post-independence.
In a moment of personal reflection, PM Modi addressed criticism directed at him regarding his lack of a familial legacy in politics. He expressed gratitude to the citizens of India, referring to them as “Modi ka parivar” (Modi’s family), for their unwavering support.
Switching gears, PM Modi celebrated Jammu and Kashmir’s remarkable progress in tourism, highlighting the surge in tourist numbers in recent years.
He noted that the region, once overlooked for tourism, had now become a popular destination, attracting millions of visitors annually, including prominent international figures.
In conclusion, PM Modi extended his best wishes to everyone as Ramzan was about to commence, symbolizing a message of unity and goodwill for all citizens of Jammu and Kashmir.
His remarks underscored the government’s commitment to fostering development, combating corruption, and promoting inclusivity in the region.
