Ashok Koul urges Budgam voters to choose development and stability with BJP

Budgam, Nov 04 (KINS):Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) J&K General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul on Tuesday appealed to voters in Budgam to choose development, peace, and stability by supporting the BJP candidate Aga Syed Mohsin in the ongoing Assembly by-election.

Koul, accompanied by Hakeem Ruhalla Gazi, Mohammad Aqeel, and Imtiaz Ahmad, addressed a series of organizational meetings at Ichigam-B (Booth No. 170), Qazibagh (Booth No. 163), and adjoining areas, which saw enthusiastic participation from party workers and local residents.

“Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, Jammu and Kashmir is witnessing a new era of growth and opportunity. The BJP has opened the floodgates of development—from infrastructure expansion to youth empowerment and women-centric schemes,” Koul said.

He stressed that every vote in favour of the BJP would be a vote for progress, peace, and prosperity.

“Budgam, like the rest of India, must join this journey of transformation for a brighter future,” he added.

Hakeem Ruhalla Gazi, in his address, urged people to “look beyond outdated political narratives” and embrace real change.

“This election is not just about electing a representative—it’s about choosing dignity, development, and a new beginning for every Kashmiri,” he said.

Party leaders collectively appealed to voters to stand with the BJP, the only party, they said, committed to empowering youth, uplifting the poor, and ensuring that national growth reaches every household in Kashmir.(KINS)
