Jammu, Sep 08 (KINS): The Congress (RGPRS) unit of Jammu and Kashmir continued its ‘Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan’ across Udhampur, Ramban and Batote, with a focus on strengthening the party organisation at the grassroots level and empowering Panchayati Raj institutions.
AICC RGPRS J&K In-charge Thakur Hirapal Singh, Chairman J&K Er. Mudasir Lolabi, DCC Udhampur President Sumit Magotra, former MLA Ramban and senior Congress leader Ashok Dogra, Congress leader Ankur Dogra, Mahila Wing President Udhampur, Block President Ramban, along with other party office-bearers and workers, participated in the programmes held at different locations.
During the programmes, detailed discussions were held on strengthening the party organisation at the grassroots level, increasing public participation and making Panchayati Raj institutions more effective and responsive.
Addressing the media, Er. Mudasir Lolabi reiterated the organisation’s commitment to building a strong, active and decentralised Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan across Jammu and Kashmir.
He said greater grassroots engagement and people’s participation would remain central to the organisation’s efforts to strengthen democratic institutions and connect the party more closely with people at the village and Panchayat levels.(KINS)
