Srinagar, Sep 12 (KINS): Senior Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party leader Basharat Bukhari is confident about the party’s chances in the upcoming Assembly elections.
Bukhari highlighted that the PDP is dedicated to tackling both development and political issues in Jammu and Kashmir.
“We hope the people of Jammu and Kashmir will give us the opportunity to serve them. While development is important for any MLA, we are also focused on the unique political challenges in our region,” Bukhari told news reporters as per news agency KINS.
Bukhari added, “Our manifesto clearly states that solving the Kashmir issue is our top priority. We believe that addressing this issue will help resolve many problems our people face.”
He also expressed confidence that the PDP will play a key role in forming the next government. “We are optimistic about our role in government formation. Our focus is on resolving Kashmir’s issues and driving development,” Bukhari stated.(KINS)
