SRINAGAR, February 02 : Authorities on Saturday morning placed All Parties Hurriyat Conference & Awami Action Committee Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq under house arrest at his Nigeen residence ahead of Modi’s visit to Kashmir.
A heavy contingent of police arrived at Mirwaiz Manzil Nigeen & placed him under house arrest, said a spokesman.
