Kashmir will remain part of India, Sajad Lone’s father brought gun to Kashmir: Farooq

Srinagar, Dec 2: National Conference president Farooq Abdullah Sunday claimed that Sajad Lone’s father was responsible for bringing gun to Kashmir.
“When my government was dismissed by Jagmohan, his father visited me and told he is going to Pakistan and will bring gun to Kashmir. I requested him not to do so as it will only create destruction. But he went ahead and brought the gun. Later he apologized to me,” Farooq, the former chief minister of JK told reporters at Baramulla.
He claimed that National Conference was fighting for rights of people. “Autonomy is our right and New Delhi can’t reject it. This part of Kashmir is ours while Azad Kashmir’s will remain with Pakistan. However, we want a friendship between India and Pakistan,” he added.
