Stranded Umrah passengers accommodated in Delhi: Mehbooba

SRINAGAR, Feb 7: The passengers mostly who returned from Umrah pilgrimage but could not travel to Kashmir due to cancellation of flights and were stranded at IGI airport New Delhi have been accommodated in nearby hotels.
Taking to twitter, Mehbooba Mufti confirmed the details thanking Resident Commissioner Delhi for arranging accomodation for all the stranded Umrah passengers in ‘good’ hotels nearby airport.
She also tweeted that all these stranded passengers will be flown in additional flights to Kashmir at the earliest once the weather improves.
