Have no regrets, am open to scrutiny: Former JK Bank Chairman

Srinagar, Jun 08 : After his removal as chairman of the JK bank, Parvez Ahmad Nengroo said that he has no regrets for being removed by the governor administration and is open to scrutiny for each of his service.

“Absolutely no regrets.Did my job most diligently, honestly and in the best interest of the institution. Open to scrutiny on each and every transaction I have done during my two decades of functioning in the bank,” Ahmad tweeted.

The former chairman was removed today by the Governor administration and immediately Anti Corruption Bureau sleuths raided the Corporate Office of the bank at Dalgate here.

The Governor administration appointed R K Chhibber as new interim chairman and Managing Director of the Board of Directors. (KNS)
