BJP’s JK spokesman Altaf Thakur welcomes CBI court Lukhnow’s verdict on Babri masjid demolition

Srinagar, Sep 30: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) J&K spokesman Altaf Thakur Wednesday welcomed the special CBI court Lukhnow’s verdict in which 32 accused including LK Adani and MM Joshi have been acquitted, stating that some opposition parties had tried to link the Babri demolition case with the then top BJP leaders and that the truth has finally prevailed.
“We respect the court verdict and the acquittal to Advani and MM Joshi besides 30 others. Truth has finally prevailed. Some people from the opposition had tried to defame BJP leaders by linking Babri demolition to them, stand exposed and defeated today,” Thakur said in a brief statement issued here.
