KULGAM, NOVEMBER 11 ( KINS): District Legal Services Authority, Kulgam in collaboration with Department of Social Welfare Kulgam and Govt. Degree College kulgam organized an awareness programme on Domestic violence here at Rest house Chawalgam Kulgam.
Programme was presided over by the Chairman District Legal Services Authority Kulgam Mr. Tahir Khurshid Raina. In his keynote address Chairman DLSA, Kulgam shared some practical experiences with audience during this programme.
Resource Persons Advocate Arsalna Mubarak and Legal Cum Probation officer ICPS Kulgam Aadil Laway spoke on the occasion.
Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Kulgam Miss Mehreen Mushtaq highlighted various provisions of the Act.
Participants raised queries and discussed various issues with resources Persons. Officials of social welfare Department, Professors from Government Degree College Kulgam, students and social welfare workers were present on the occasion. ( KINS)
