CM expresses grief over demise of father of MP Er. Rashid, MLA Khursheed Ahmad
Srinagar, May 18: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the passing away of Khazir Mohammad Sheikh, father of Hon’ble Member of Parliament Er. Rashid and Hon’ble MLA Khursheed Ahmad Sheikh, who breathed his last at AIIMS, New Delhi, after a prolonged illness.
Khazir Mohammad Sheikh was 85 years old.
The Chief Minister conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul. He also prayed for strength and courage to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
