Dy Inspector Kokernag Fisheries Farm Syed Manzoor felicitated during I-Day function

Anantnag Aug 17 (KINS): Deputy Inspector Kokernag Fisheries Farm Syed Manzoor was felicitated and awarded for his outstanding services during an Independence Day function by DDC councilor Kokernag, Parvena.

Kashmir has the distinction of having Asia’s largest fisheries farm in Kokernag.

The farm is the emerging best producer of Rainbow Trout fish across the world.   

Syed Manzoor is Deputy Inspector of the farm, who has expertise in rearing fish.

Syed Manzoor was awarded and felicitated for his outstanding services by DDC Councilor in presence of several senior officials. The speakers lauded his role for properly managing the farm.

Similarly, two other employees of fisheries department including Javaid Ahmad Bhat (of Extension wing Anantnag) and Mohammad Ayoub Bhat (Incharge Nambal Akkadcircle) were also awarded and felicitated in Anantnag during Independence Day function at Khanabal. On the occasion, the speakers also lauded the services of Deputy Director Fisheries Department Anantnag Mohammad Sidiq in the department. (KINS)
