Srinagar, Dec 16: Director General of Police (DGP) R.R Swain engaged with 28 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySsP) from the 2020 JKPS batch at Police Headquarters, Srinagar.
During the meeting, he encouraged the young officers to share insights from their probation period and urged them to contribute genuine and critical suggestions for enhancing policing services.
Emphasizing the importance of continuous learning, particularly in intelligence gathering, the DGP highlighted its significance in shaping their professional growth.
He also stressed the use of modern investigation techniques to counter terrorism and maintain law and order. The DGP concluded by sharing his own experiences in policing, both in India and abroad, and extended best wishes to all officers for their future careers.
