Boat capsized: 6 dead bodies recovered, 6 rescued and 3 still missing: DC Srinagar

Srinagar April 16 (KINS): A boat capsized near Batwara in Srinagar on Tuesday morning, carrying 15 people, including several minors and locals from Gandebal to Batwara.
According to Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS), Dr. Bilal, the DC Srinagar, stated that the tragic incident occurred in the River Jhelum. Six individuals have been confirmed dead, six rescued (thre still hospitalised), and three are still missing. Among the 15 passengers were minors who were on their way to school.
