Partial Restoration achieved on Jammu-Srinagar NHW (NH-44), Stranded Vehicles Between Nashree & Banihal Being Cleared

Srinagar, Apr 16: Efforts to reopen the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NHW-44) have yielded partial success, as authorities work to clear stranded vehicles between Nashree and Banihal.
Following heavy rainfall-induced disruptions, the restoration process is ongoing, with priority given to clearing the bottlenecked section. Commuters are urged to exercise caution and adhere to lane discipline to ensure smooth traffic flow as operations continue.
