Police Detains Notorious Drug Peddler Under PIT-NDPS Act in Sopore

Sopore, Dec 28 (KINS):Police in Sopore have detained a notorious drug peddler, Muzafar Ahmad Marazi, under the PIT-NDPS Act after securing formal detention orders from the competent authority.
Marazi, a resident of Sofi Hamam Sopore, has been arrested and is currently held in District Jail Udhampur. He has been involved in numerous criminal activities, with multiple cases registered against him. Despite his prior offenses, Marazi continued to supply drugs to local youth in the Sopore area.
The public in Sopore has praised the police for their decisive action against drug trafficking, and the police remain committed to taking strict legal measures against drug peddlers in the region.(KINS)
