Srinagar, Oct 12 (KINS): Mamta Yadav, IAS, on Monday assumed charge as Director Information, Jammu and Kashmir, and interacted with officers and officials of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR).
She stressed the need for transparent, accurate, timely and people-centric communication, calling for improved communication strategies and greater use of digital platforms to enhance public outreach and engagement.
Later, she inspected various sections of the department and reviewed their functioning. Senior DIPR officers and officials were present during the interaction.(KINS)
