PM Modi Interacts with IAS Officer Trainees, Emphasizes Proactive Governance for New India

Srinagar, July 11: Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with 181 Officer Trainees of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) 2022 Batch at Sushma Swaraj Bhawan in New Delhi today.
During his address, PM Modi highlighted the evolving expectations of New India, emphasizing that the nation is no longer satisfied with a lackadaisical approach. He urged the young officers to adopt a proactive mindset in their roles. “New India demands proactiveness,” he stated, encouraging the trainees to strive for the highest standards in governance.
PM Modi further elaborated on the critical role of the IAS officers in shaping the future of the country.
He stressed the importance of providing the best possible governance, ensuring quality manufacturing, and improving the quality of life for all citizens. “Your efforts should be directed towards enhancing the efficiency of administration and delivering services effectively to the public,” he said.
The interaction was an inspiring session for the officer trainees, as PM Modi shared insights on leadership, decision-making, and the significance of a people-centric approach in administration.
