Srinagar, July 7: An all members meeting of International University for Kashmir initiative led by Dr. Mehboob Makhdoomi was held on Sunday in Srinagar.
The meeting was headed by chairman Dr.Mehboob Makhdoomi and more than 50 members from all over the state were present.
Dr. Makhdoomi discussed the progress of the initiative and also the future course of action. He stressed that there is need to create such an institution where curriculum is market-oriented.
On the occasion Dr. G.M Tibet Baqal (Dean Cluster University Srinagar) and Dr. Afifa Kamili (Dean SKAUST) spoke to the audience and stressed for the international type institution. There was a Q&A session where members presented their queries and suggestions.
