Srinagar July 6: Two Sema Surkhasa Bal(SSB) person were killed in a fratricide incident at Court Complex Kulgam.
An official confirmed to news agency KINS that two Sema Surkhasa Bal men lost their lives in fratricide incident at Court Complex Kulgam. “The reason for shoot out is yet to be known,” the official added.
