Rate of poultry, poultry products revised in Kashmir

Srinagar July 20: Ahead of Eid ul Azha, the administration has revised the rate of poultry and poultry products in Kashmir.  

Directorate of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department Kashmir has issued an order,  a copy of which lies with news agency KINS reads, “In supersession of previous notification issued on the subject by the Directorate of FCS&CA, Kashmir and in the exercise of the powers conferred upon me under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, I, Bashir Ahmad Khan, Director, Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir hereby revise and re-fix the maximum retail sale rate of Poultry and Poultry products as under Broiler (Live) per kg Rs. 110.00 (Rupees One Hundred & Ten Only), Layer (Live) per kg Rs 70.00 (Rupees Seventy only), Parent per kg Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One. Hundred only)  Egg per dozen Rs. 45.00 (Rupees Forty Five only).”
