Upcoming Public Grievances Redressal Programme by DGP J&K: Register at DPL Crossing Jawbrara Awantipora for an Opportunity to Address Your Concerns

Srinagar, Jan 20: In a proactive move towards community engagement, the Director General of Police (DGP) Jammu and Kashmir announces the upcoming “Public Grievances Redressal Programme” scheduled for January 23, 2024, at DPL Awantipora from 02:00 PM onwards.

To streamline the grievance resolution process, a dedicated help desk has been established at DPL Crossing Jawbrara Awantipora starting today. This desk will serve as a convenient point for citizens to register for the Grievances Redressal Programme.

In order to ensure effective communication and follow-up, citizens intending to bring forth their grievances to the attention of the DGP J&K are encouraged to submit a written application. This application should include full particulars along with a mobile number through which officers or team members can easily reach out for any necessary follow-up action.

This initiative aims to empower citizens by providing them with a direct avenue to voice their concerns and seek resolutions. The DGP J&K, through this program, reinforces the commitment to fostering a responsive and accountable policing system, fostering stronger ties with the community.
