Altaf Thakur Greets People on Shab-e-Qadr Eve

Urges people to pray home to prevent spread of Covid


Srinagar, May 20 (KINS) May 20: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) JK spokesman Altaf Thakur today greeted people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr and prayed for the peace and prosperity of the UT.
He also prayed for the immediate relief from the Covid pandemic.


In statement issued to news agency KINS, Thakur said that Shab-e-Qadr is a pious occasion and people must pray with moist eyes for the relief from the Covid pandemic that has claimed 17 lives and affected more 1300.
“I urge people to pray at home on this unique auspicious occasion to stay safe and healthy,” Thakur said.(KINS)
