OGW arrested in Sopore

Sopore, July 07(KINS) : An over ground worker (OGW) has been arrested in north Kashmir’s Sopore town on Monday evening officials said.

An official told news agency KINS that a militant associate was apprehended duing naka checking in town on Monday evening. He said arms and ammunition was recovered from his procession.

SSP Sopore Javeed Iqbal confirmed to news agency KINS that one Over ground worker (OGW) has been arrested in town on Monday evening, he said the arrested militant associate is a resident of Uri town of Baramulla. The officer said a case in this regard has been registered and further investigation has been initiated.(KINS)
