“Remarkable Decline in Civilian Killings: Shah Faesal, IAS Officer, Highlights Kashmir’s Dramatic Return to Normalcy”

Srinagar, Jan 07: In a significant revelation, Shah Faesal, a 2010 batch IAS officer, emphasized the remarkable shift in the security landscape of Kashmir. Faesal, known for his insightful observations, stated that despite an average of around 2000 killings per year over the past 30 years, Kashmir witnessed only five civilian killings by terrorists in the year 2023.

“This marks a dramatic return to normalcy,” Shah Faesal remarked on his X Account.
