PDP District President Kulgam & Hundreds from South Kashmir Join BJP Ahead of Elections

Srinagar, Mar 24: In a significant political development ahead of the forthcoming elections, Farooq Ahmad, the District President of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Kulgam, along with a substantial number of supporters, formally joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today in Srinagar.
The event, held at S1 Church Lane, witnessed the presence of Ashok Koul, General Secretary Organization Jammu Kashmir for BJP, alongside other senior leaders.
Notably, this event also saw the enrollment of prominent businesspersons from South Kashmir into the BJP, further bolstering the party’s presence in the region.
