SSP Traffic Muzaffar Ahmad Shah Launches Traffic Awareness Drive to Instill Safe Driving Habits in the Public

Srinagar,Jan 12: In a proactive move towards enhancing road safety, SSP Traffic Muzaffar Ahmad Shah is spearheading comprehensive traffic awareness programs aimed at instilling a sense of responsible and safe driving within the general populace.

Expressing the significance of these initiatives, Shah stated, “The aim of traffic awareness programs is to inculcate a sense of safe driving in the general masses. We are organizing events at schools, colleges, and other places to make people aware that adherence to traffic rules is paramount.”

Various educational institutions have become focal points for these awareness campaigns, where engaging events and interactive sessions are conducted to educate students about the importance of following traffic rules. Emphasizing the need for a collective effort, SSP Shah highlighted that cultivating a culture of responsible driving is essential for creating safer roads.

“We believe that education and awareness are key components in promoting road safety. By reaching out to schools and colleges, we aim to influence younger generations positively, fostering a mindset where safe driving becomes a natural habit,” added SSP Muzaffar Ahmad Shah.

The traffic awareness programs also extend beyond educational institutions to community centers and public spaces. Workshops, seminars, and demonstrations are organized to address specific issues and challenges faced by the community, with the goal of creating a more informed and safety-conscious society.

SSP Muzaffar Ahmad Shah affirmed the commitment of the traffic department to actively engage with the public and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the success of these initiatives.
